Payment: You pay the courier in cash or by card when your parcel arrives (cash on delivery).

Price: Prices are in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though prices confirmed at order will not change.

4. Delivery and Returns

Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of confirmation.

Delivery: Standard delivery to UK addresses takes 2-5 working days from dispatch.

Returns: You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return the product for a full refund. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.
